At TarteTM, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are gently used or in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
